PUBLIC TALK "THE NIGHT SECTOR OF THE CREATIVE ECONOMY AND ITS CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY"

The All-Russian Decorative Art Museum of is holding a public talk "The night sector of the creative economy and its contribution to the sustainable development of the city" at the Zaryadye site as part of the Moscow Urban Forum.

 

Questions for discussion:

/ How night culture is developing in Moscow in terms of fashion and music trends;

/ What are its strengths and areas for improvement, e.g. problems with light pollution;

/ What architectural and design tools make the city bright, dynamic and safe for residents and visitors;

/ What strategies and solutions for sustainable development of the night environment set trends;

/ How the night city's platforms are organised, inspiring artistic experiments, interdisciplinary collaborations.

 

Among the speakers:

1. Svetlana Bik, Head of the expert-analytical platform "Infrastructure and Finance of Sustainable Development";

2. Mark Lukyanov, artist, producer, teacher, designer, DJ;

3. Roman Dmitrienko, serial entrepreneur, co-founder of Etika and Svalka projects, retail lobbyist in the premium and de lux segment, expert in ESG fashion. 4;

4. Andrey Benouzh, expert on ecology and standardisation of the Russian Federation, Secretary of TC 366, President of ABGreen, Deputy Head of "Development of Cities" at the National Research University Higher School of Economics and others.

5. Valery Lizunov, architect, founder of ARCHPOINT bureau, which specialises in creating public interiors in Russia and abroad;

6. Lina Dembikova, celebrity stylist, TV presenter, founder of StyleHunter fashion school, founder of The Date clothing brand.

 

Public talk moderator: Anastasia Krylova, Head of the Fashion and Design Centre of the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Arts.

The event takes place on the territory of Zaryadye Park. Entrance is free by pre-registration.
