The All-Russian Museum of Decorative Arts presents a new category for the biennial competition "Invented and Made in Russia" in 2024 - "Jewellery Design".
Today's jewellery design is a combination of tradition and innovation, minimalism and brightness, geometry and natural motifs. Every year jewellery artists offer new solutions, use different materials and techniques to create unique and stylish jewellery.
The jewellery design nomination includes three categories:
1. "Jewellery
Jewellery made from precious and semi-precious stones and metals to the author's design, using experimental techniques and new combinations of materials.
2. "Circular jewellery design
Jewellery made from renewable, recyclable, environmentally friendly or biodegradable materials.
3. "Design - Concept
3D model or sketch of jewellery drawn on a tablet.
We expect participants to create jewellery in industrial conditions or by hand, using original techniques and new materials.
