Упор делают на модернизацию инженерных коммуникаций. Планируют улучшить систему ливневой канализации, а для этого проложат дополнительные трубы и установят дождеприёмные колодцы. По программе «Чистое небо» кабельные линии электропередачи уберут под землю.
Также приведут в порядок существующую подпорную стенку: недостающие части восстановят, а затем оштукатурят и покрасят.
Площадку перед входом в музей замостят гранитной плиткой, на остальной территории – бетонной, а на проездах обновят асфальт. Круговое движение на территории сохранится: это необходимо для экскурсионных автобусов. Но для другого транспорта въезд на территорию будет ограничен. Зато появится велопарковка.
В центре располагается зона отдыха, там появятся цветники из многолетников и однолетних растений, лавочки и урны. Парковая мебель будет в традициях усадебной садовой мебели XIX века. Освещать территорию будут фонари в историческом стиле.

Emphasis is placed on modernisation of engineering communications. They plan to improve the storm water drainage system, and for this purpose they will lay additional pipes and install rain wells. Under the "Clear Skies" programme, power lines will be taken underground.
The existing retaining wall will also be renovated: missing parts will be rebuilt, then plastered and painted.
The area in front of the entrance to the museum will be paved with granite tiles, the rest of the territory will be paved with concrete, and the driveways will be renewed with cement. The circular movement on the territory will remain: it is necessary for excursion buses. But for other vehicles the entrance to the territory will be limited. But there will be a bicycle park.
In the centre there will be a recreation area, flower beds of perennials and annual plants, benches and urns. The park furniture will be styled in the traditions of the 19th century manor garden furniture. The area will be lit by lanterns in the historical style.
