We invite you to a master class on creating a panel inspired by Khokhloma painting!
The gold of Khokhloma is known throughout the world. But not everyone knows what Khokhloma painting was like in the XIX century. We'll learn about the delicate herbal Khokhloma script and master some traditional elements of painting. The words "tiny little grass," (travka) "saffron milk cap," (ryzhuk) "gingerbread,"(pryanik) and "thin little sedge" (osochka) will take on special meaning for us. On a gilded wooden board, we'll "assemble" a decorative letter from Khokhloma herbs and berries. Each participant's panel will be unique!.
*We recommend attending the master class after visiting the "Chic, Shine, Khokhloma" exhibition!
