There is a commotion in the house of Count I.A. Osterman – everyone is preparing for the ball, the first one since the Count’s end of service as the Chancellor of the Russian Empire.
Each resident of the house has their own task, and not just one: cleaning the entire estate, preparing all the rooms and halls for the coming guests, preparing wonderful dishes, setting the table for the gala dinner, inviting musicians to create a New Year's Eve party and, of course, a festive fireworks display! And most importantly, it's urgent to restore order to the office of the Chancellor of the Russian Empire! But the problem is, there's catastrophically little time left—20 minutes. We invite young children and their parents to immerse themselves in the festive New Year's bustle of the XVIII century. Tour participants will learn the history of the Count Osterman family, the decisive historical events they participated in, the traditions of lavish receptions, and, of course, dance and play games from the era of Empresses Elizabeth Petrovna and Catherine II.
