В конце 2023 года из научной библиотеки музея были переданы в музейный фонд 70 подписных эскизов мебели и фрагментов резного и расписного декора московского периода деятельности Сергея Малютина (1907-1911 гг.). Экспертами было установлено, что часть из них относится к работе художника над знаменитым домом Перцовой. Сейчас в этом здании располагаются офисы Главного управления дипломатического корпуса Министерства иностранных дел Российской Федерации (Курсовой пер., 1). И попасть в это здания не так просто. Но музейным специалистам сотрудники ГлавУпДК при МИД России разрешили осмотреть и сфотографировать все сохранившиеся от начала ХХ века интерьеры дома. Майолика на фасаде, фантастические горгульи и русалки, многочисленные совы на лестницах и трубе, сохранившаяся деревянная резьба, витражи на ассиметричных окнах в лестничных пролетах, встроенная мебель, телефонная будка, уникальная для Москвы того времени – все это было сфотографировано. Изучение интерьеров дома Перцовой поможет нам расширить знания о работе земской мастерской при Московском кустарном музее, коллекция которого хранится в наших фондах.

At the end of 2023, 70 signed sketches of furniture and fragments of carved and painted decoration from the Moscow period of Sergei Malyutin's activity (1907-1911) were transferred from the museum's scientific library to the museum fund. Experts have established that some of them relate to the artist's work on the famous Pertsova House. Now this building houses the offices of the Main Department of the Diplomatic Corps of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (Kursoy per., 1). And it is not so easy to get into this building. But the museum specialists were allowed by the staff of the Main Department of the Diplomatic Corps of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia to inspect and photograph all the interiors of the house preserved from the early twentieth century. Majolica on the facade, fantastic gargoyles and mermaids, numerous owls on staircases and chimneys, preserved wooden carvings, stained glass on asymmetrical windows in the staircases, built-in furniture, a telephone booth, unique for Moscow of that time - all this was photographed. Studying the interiors of the Pertsova house will help us expand our knowledge of the work of the Zemstvo workshop at the Moscow Handicrafts Museum, whose collection is kept in our holdings.
